Key Responsibilities:
• Handling end-to-end M&A, PE, and VC transactions
• Managing transaction structuring, due diligence, and documentation

Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 6+ years PQE
• Experience with established law firms
• Strong background in corporate/M&A/PE/VC practice
