Chambers of Udian Sharma is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate to be stationed at Kolkata. This role involves handling commercial matters and representing the Chamber’s clients before various courts in Kolkata, with occasional travel to New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:
• Representing clients in commercial matters before Kolkata courts
• Managing cases independently across High Court, NCLT, and District Courts
• Drafting legal documents and submissions
• Coordinating with the Chamber and assisting in litigation strategy
• Travelling to New Delhi as required for work
Eligibility & Preference:
• 1–2 years of active litigation experience
• Familiarity with Kolkata courts (High Court, NCLT, District Courts)
• Ability to independently handle and appear in commercial matters
• Strong drafting and written communication skills
