Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in HR analytics and ongoing HR projects
Eligibility & Preference:
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management
• Proficiency in Odia (Read, Write, and Speak) is mandatory
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Interest in HR operations and people management
