Internship Description:
Atarya Partners is inviting applications for a Legal Internship for the month of April 2026 at its office located in Greater Kailash–II, New Delhi. This internship is designed for law students who are keen to gain hands-on exposure to litigation and court practice. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced legal professionals and actively participate in various stages of case handling and court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in legal research and drafting across different practice areas
• Supporting case preparation, including documentation and strategy discussions
• Assisting advocates during court proceedings and hearings
• Attending court regularly and observing litigation practice firsthand
• Contributing to day-to-day legal work and team coordination
Eligibility & Preference:
• 4th or 5th year students enrolled in a 5-year law course
• Final year students enrolled in a 3-year law course
• Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution
• Good research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Willingness to work from office and attend court proceedings regularly
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
