Internship Description:
Legalics Law Offices is inviting applications from final-year law students (completing their course between June–August) for a 3-month Assessment Internship with its General Corporate and Real Estate practice. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate advisory, transactional, and real estate matters.
Details:
• Location: Jangpura, New Delhi
• Practice Areas: General Corporate & Real Estate
• Duration: 3 Months (Assessment Internship)
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and assisting in negotiation of commercial contracts (service agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, consultancy agreements, etc.)
• Assisting in corporate advisory matters including company law compliance and governance
• Supporting business transactions, structuring arrangements, and documentation
• Conducting legal research on corporate and real estate law issues
• Working on title search reports (TSRs) and reviewing property-related documents
• Assisting with due diligence in transactional matters
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Final-year LL.B. students (graduating between June–August)
• Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
• Familiarity with company law, contract law, and real estate laws
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a collaborative environment
