The Research, Review and Readers Cell of National Law Institute University is inviting original and unpublished submissions for an edited volume titled “Arbitration in India: Journey and Trends.” The volume aims to critically analyse the evolution, current framework, and emerging trends in arbitration, with a focus on India in a global context.
