• Role: Senior Associate / Principal Associate
• Practice Area: Patent Litigation
• Organisation: Singh & Singh Law Firm LLP
• Experience: 3–7 Years PQE
Eligibility & Preference:
• Experience in civil/commercial litigation
• Engineering background (Electronics/Computer Science preferred, not mandatory)
• Strong drafting, litigation strategy, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Interest in technology-driven disputes and IP litigation
