⚖️ Role Overview
• Advising clients on regulatory and legal frameworks governing energy and infrastructure projects
• Supporting transaction structuring, documentation, and negotiations
• Working on large-scale project and infrastructure transactions
🛠️ Key Requirements
• 6+ years PQE with:
– Leading law firms, or
– In-house experience in energy and infrastructure
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Demonstrated expertise in sector-specific transactions and advisory work
