Position Details
• Role: Junior Associate
• Experience: 0.5 – 2 years PQE
• Location: South Delhi
• Joining: Immediate
About the Role
The position offers exposure to civil, criminal, and commercial litigation, along with a strong focus on research-driven work and legal publications.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in litigation matters across forums
• Draft pleadings, notices, contracts, and legal opinions
• Conduct in-depth legal research (including international instruments)
• Prepare case briefs, reports, and research notes
• Contribute to blogs, publications, and internal knowledge work
Ideal Candidate
• LL.B. graduate (3-year or 5-year course)
• 0.5–2 years relevant experience
• Strong command over written and spoken English
• Prior published research papers/articles (mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Based in/around South Delhi
Mandatory Documents (Failure to submit all will lead to rejection)
• Marksheets (all semesters)
• Two published research papers/articles
• Updated CV
• Professional Letter of Recommendation (required at interview stage)
Selection Process
• Shortlisting followed by physical interview in Delhi (this week)
• Final selection with immediate joining requirement
Compensation & Terms

• Probation: 2 months (performance-based confirmation)
