Key Responsibilities
• Draft and review commercial contracts
• Advise on corporate and regulatory matters
• Support transactional work and deal execution
• Work on technology-related contracts and compliance
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
Ideal Candidate
• 1–3 years PQE in general corporate practice
• Experience at a Tier 1 law firm (preferred)
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Exposure to tech contracts and regulatory work
• Ability to manage client interactions and teamwork
