About the Role
The position involves working on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including transactional work, contract drafting, and advisory mandates across diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft and review commercial agreements
• Advise on general corporate matters
• Support transactional work and deal execution
• Assist in structuring and regulatory compliance
• Work on IP and media-related contracts (where applicable)
Ideal Candidate
• 1–3 years PQE in corporate/commercial practice
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Experience in corporate advisory and agreements
• Exposure to IP/media contracts (added advantage)
• Ability to handle client interactions and work independently
