The position focuses on working closely with young women from urban migrant communities, driving program implementation, field engagement, and impact assessment. It is a hands-on role combining ground-level work with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and manage community-based programs
• Engage directly with beneficiaries and stakeholders
• Track outcomes and contribute to impact reporting
• Analyse data to improve program effectiveness
• Support strategic planning and execution
Ideal Candidate
• 4–6 years of experience in program implementation
• Strong field exposure and community engagement skills
• Interest in data analysis and impact measurement
• Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Sociology, or related field
• Understanding of challenges faced by young women in urban migrant settings
