About the Role
The role involves working on serious criminal and regulatory matters, including statutes such as PMLA, Prevention of Corruption Act, NDPS, and UAPA, with exposure to multi-forum litigation and complex casework.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Assist and appear in matters before courts and tribunals
• Support strategy development in white-collar and criminal matters
Ideal Candidate
• 2–3 years PQE in litigation
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Sound understanding of court procedures
• Interest or experience in white-collar crime matters
