About the Role
The role involves handling end-to-end patent prosecution work, advising clients on IP strategy and infringement issues, and managing high-volume communication and project workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Indian patent filing and prosecution
• Advising clients on patent strategy and infringement matters
• Managing high-volume email communication
• Handling multiple IP projects independently
• Supporting docketing and portfolio management
Skills & Requirements
• Strong experience in Indian patent filing and prosecution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently
• Comfort with high-volume email workflows
• Ability to join within 30 days (preferred)
