About the Role
The position involves handling complex litigation across courts and tribunals, including High Court, NCLT, DRT, and related forums. The role requires strong capability in case strategy, client representation, and independent matter management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage litigation matters across courts and tribunals
• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal documents
• Develop legal strategy and advise clients
• Represent clients and handle matters independently
• Mentor and collaborate with team members
Ideal Candidate
• 6–7 years experience in general/commercial litigation
• Strong exposure to High Court, NCLT, DRT, etc.
• Ability to independently handle complex cases
• Leadership mindset and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in both oral and written Odia
