The CASIHR Journal focuses on human rights practices, legal developments, and policy discourse, encouraging contributions that demonstrate analytical depth, originality, and doctrinal clarity.
Submission Guidelines
• Abstract not exceeding 300 words
• Manuscripts must be in English and submitted via email
• Formatting: Times New Roman, Font Size 12, Line Spacing 1.5
• Footnotes: Font Size 10, single spacing
• Citation Style: Bluebook (21st Edition)
• Plagiarism must be below 10% (as per UGC norms)
• Submissions must be in .doc/.docx format
Authorship Rules
• Co-authorship permitted (maximum 2 authors)
• Student submissions must be co-authored with a professor
• Book reviews must include complete publication details
Review Process
• Initial editorial screening for relevance to human rights
• Peer-review process (approx. 3–4 weeks)
• Decision: Acceptance / Revision / Rejection
• Final approval followed by publication
