Position Details
• Senior Consultant – 1 position | More than 5 years PQE
• Consultant – 2 positions | 2–3 years PQE
• Location – New Delhi
About the Role
The selected candidates will work on policy research, advisory assignments, data-driven analysis, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to projects that translate research into practical policy outcomes. The role is particularly suited for professionals who can combine rigorous analysis with actionable policy thinking.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct policy research and data-driven analysis
• Contribute to advisory work, research design, and report writing
• Translate data and findings into actionable insights
• Support advocacy and stakeholder engagement initiatives
• For Senior Consultant roles, contribute to business development, client engagement, and interaction with government stakeholders and institutions
Ideal Candidate
• Strong experience in policy analysis, research, and report writing
• Proven ability in data analytics and problem-solving
• Ability to convert research into practical and policy-relevant outputs
• For senior roles, comfort with client-facing responsibilities and institutional engagement
