Position Details
• Role: Junior Advocate / Final-Year Law Student
• Location: Pune (Office-Based)
• Open Positions: 4 (2 Male, 2 Female)
Preference Criteria
• Junior Advocates will be given first preference
• Final-year law students with a strong inclination towards litigation may also apply
• Only candidates seeking long-term association will be considered
Eligibility
• LL.B (3-year course) – Final Year (6th Semester)
• B.A. LL.B (5-year course) – Final Year (10th Semester)
• Junior Advocates – Enrolled + AIBE Qualified (Mandatory)
About the Role
For Junior Advocates:
• Appear before Sessions Court and assist in High Court matters
• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal documents
• Conduct arguments and assist in trial proceedings
• Handle trial-stage matters independently (preferred)
• Build depth in criminal litigation practice
For Final-Year Law Students:
• Assist in court proceedings and case follow-ups
• Support drafting and legal research work
• Accompany for jail visits and client interactions
• Participate actively in litigation workflow
