About the Role
The role involves working on complex litigation matters with a strong focus on proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and the Companies Act, along with broader commercial disputes. The selected candidate will be actively involved in strategy, drafting, and appearances before key judicial forums.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle matters under IBC and company law frameworks
• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal submissions
• Assist in and appear before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and the Supreme Court
• Develop case strategy and manage proceedings end-to-end
• Conduct in-depth legal research on commercial jurisprudence
Ideal Candidate
• Experienced litigator with exposure to insolvency and commercial disputes
• Strong understanding of IBC, company law, and commercial jurisprudence
• Ability to handle high-pressure, high-value matters
• Strategic thinking and strong drafting skills
• Familiarity with appearances across tribunals and courts
