Position Details
• Role: Advocate – Technology & Data Privacy
• Experience: 5+ years PQE
• Location: Mumbai (Full-time, in-person)
Key Responsibilities
• Advising on data protection and compliance under the DPDP Act, IT Act, and global privacy frameworks
• Drafting and negotiating technology and data-related agreements
• Providing regulatory advisory and representing clients before relevant authorities
Ideal Candidate
• Strong experience in technology law, data privacy, or regulatory practice
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiation of tech contracts
• Ability to handle client advisory and compliance mandates independently
