About the Role
The selected candidate will be actively involved in court practice and litigation work, contributing to case strategy, drafting, and research across a range of matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting and appearing in matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and Tribunals
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal documents
• Conducting legal research and case preparation
• Supporting the team in litigation strategy and proceedings
