Nature of Work
• Assisting in drafting pleadings and applications
• Attending matters before courts and tribunals
• Preparing briefs, list of dates, and case summaries
• Supporting seniors in case strategy and hearings
The selected candidate will regularly appear before forums such as the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, DRT, MRT, Consumer Courts, Family Courts, and Magistrate Courts.
Candidate Requirements
• Strong command over English (written and spoken)
• Good drafting and research skills
• Technologically proficient
• Willingness to travel between Borivali and Fort (Mumbai)
• Must be based in Mumbai (preference for Western suburbs)
• Prior internship experience is preferred
