About the Role
The selected candidate will assist the team in handling matters before the Allahabad High Court and other courts/tribunals, with responsibilities spanning drafting, research, case preparation, and supporting court proceedings.
This role offers hands-on exposure to litigation practice and an opportunity to develop practical skills in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal documents
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Assisting in court proceedings and hearings
• Managing and coordinating case files and documentation
Eligibility Criteria
• LL.B. degree from a recognised university
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of India
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Demonstrated interest in litigation and court practice
• Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment
