About the Role
The selected associates will be actively involved in handling matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, company law disputes, and broader commercial litigation. The role will require strong engagement with drafting, research, case preparation, and assisting in proceedings before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Associates will work closely with the team on ongoing matters, contributing to legal strategy, documentation, and client advisory in dispute resolution work.
