The National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, in collaboration with JSA, is launching the 1st NLIU–JSA Certificate Course on Labour & Employment Laws, 2026, organised by the Centre for Labour Laws (CLL), NLIU Bhopal.
This two-day intensive programme aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the evolving framework of labour and employment laws in India, particularly in light of the major regulatory changes introduced through the four new Labour Codes (2019–2020).
About the Programme
The course will explore key aspects of India’s contemporary employment landscape, including the constitutional foundations of labour rights, evolving contractual structures, the legal status of gig and platform workers, and the growing emphasis on compliance-driven labour governance.

Eligibility
