About the Role
The selected candidate will be part of AgroStar’s Legal & Secretarial team and will assist in handling corporate governance and compliance matters. The role involves supporting statutory compliances, governance frameworks, corporate filings, and legal documentation while contributing to business-facing legal functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing corporate secretarial compliances and governance processes
• Handling statutory filings and regulatory documentation
• Assisting in contract drafting and legal documentation
• Supporting corporate transactions and internal legal processes

Eligibility
• CS + LL.B. qualification
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in legal or secretarial roles
