Practice Areas
The firm handles a wide range of matters including:
• Writ Petitions
• Civil and Criminal Litigation
• Arbitration
• Land Acquisition (Right to Fair Compensation)
• Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters
• DRT proceedings and recovery suits
• Consumer disputes
• Intellectual Property Rights
• Family law and cyber law matters
The office regularly appears before District Courts across Delhi/NCR, NCDRC, DRT, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India.
Key Requirements
• Strong legal drafting skills
• Good communication abilities
• Strong command of English and Hindi
• Excellent legal research skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good understanding of ground-level litigation work
• Strong ability to present arguments in court
• Capability to handle diverse legal matters
Working Hours
10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (may vary depending on assignments)
Leave Policy
Up to four casual leaves, with prior notice to the office.
