Legalics Law Offices is inviting applications for the position of Associate to join its General Corporate & Commercial Contracts practice at the New Delhi office.

Position: Associate
Experience: 2–3 years PQE
This role offers the opportunity to work on corporate advisory and transactional matters, while engaging with a diverse range of clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including service agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, consultancy agreements, licensing agreements, and other business contracts
• Assisting in corporate advisory work, including company law compliance and corporate governance matters
• Supporting business transactions, structuring arrangements, and documentation
• Conducting legal research on corporate and commercial law issues
• Advising clients on matters relating to the Companies Act, contract law, and commercial regulations
• Assisting in corporate due diligence for transactional matters
Requirements
• 2–3 years PQE at a reputed law firm in general corporate and commercial contracts practice
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university with enrolment with a Bar Council
• Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
• Familiarity with company law and contract law
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a collaborative environment
