Applications are invited for the position of Manager – Legal for the Legal Team handling matters related to Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Location: Delhi (Role involves managing matters across PAN India)
Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in HL / LAP related legal work.
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting and implementation of SARFAESI proceedings
• Handling matters under Section 13(2) and 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act
• Managing proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
• Handling physical possession of secured property
• Managing legal recovery processes and related documentation
Skills Required
• Strong legal drafting and recovery proceedings experience
• Practical exposure to SARFAESI enforcement and property possession processes
• Ability to manage legal matters across multiple jurisdictions
