Call for Applications | New Horizons of International Arbitration (Issue 9)

The Russian Arbitration Center at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration has opened applications for the 9th issue of the digest “New Horizons of International Arbitration,” scheduled for publication in September 2027.

The digest is recognised as a leading forum for rigorous scholarship on international arbitration and has previously featured contributions from globally respected academics and practitioners. The upcoming issue seeks thoughtful work engaging with foundational and complex questions shaping the arbitration landscape.

Indicative Themes
• Intersection of substantive and procedural law in international arbitration
• Evolution of classical doctrines and emergence of new principles
• Fragmentation versus harmonisation in arbitration
• Influence of public international law on international commercial arbitration
• A new era in dispute resolution
• Key actors in international commercial arbitration
• Transformative factors in modern arbitration
• Unresolved challenges in arbitration
