Shepherd Law & Associates is expanding and inviting applications for two Legal Associates (0–2 years PQE) who are committed to rigorous litigation practice and high-quality drafting.
This role offers meaningful courtroom exposure, hands-on involvement in litigation strategy, and opportunities to work on commercial drafting across jurisdictions.
Location: New Delhi
Experience: 0–2 years PQE
Requirements
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
• Strong drafting skills (Complaint, Suit, Appeal, Writ Petition, SLP, Matrimonial Petition, etc.)
• Court exposure before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, Consumer Commissions, and Tribunals
• Excellent legal research ability
• Ability to assist with contracts and commercial documentation (India & Canada exposure preferred)
• High attention to detail and comfort with responsibility and deadlines
• Strong analytical thinking and litigation strategy mindset
