About the Role
The intern will support legal consulting and documentation work while collaborating closely with internal business teams. The role offers practical exposure to fintech operations, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracting workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements (NDAs, service agreements, consultancy agreements, addendums, etc.)
• Conduct legal research on Indian and international laws (corporate, fintech, data privacy, etc.)
• Prepare first drafts, summaries, and redlines
• Maintain contract trackers and document repositories
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
Eligibility & Skills
• Law students in 3rd–5th year
• Strong legal research and document preparation skills
• Good understanding of Indian legal and regulatory frameworks
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach
