SR Legal is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate to join its growing litigation and disputes practice. The firm is a boutique practice specialising in commercial disputes, ADR, corporate litigation, insolvency, white-collar crimes, and allied legal services.
Role & Responsibilities
• Assist in handling and managing matters before trial courts, High Courts, NCLT, and other tribunals
• Independently draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal research notes
• Support senior counsel in strategy formulation and case preparation
• Appear before courts and tribunals for advocacy and procedural hearings
• Coordinate with clients, maintain case records, and ensure smooth matter progression
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative practice environment
Requirements
• 4–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience in active litigation
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Experience in commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency, and white-collar matters preferred
• Ability to independently handle filings, client communication, and court appearances
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of assignments
