• Senior Executive (2–3 years PQE)
• Assistant Manager (4–5 years PQE)
Sector Requirement: Banking / NBFC experience only
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, and vet contracts relating to Software, SaaS, IT, loan documentation, and allied matters
• Lead negotiations with vendors and stakeholders
• Provide high-quality legal advisory support
• Coordinate with internal business teams
Core Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in Banking/NBFC environment is mandatory
• Litigation-only profiles will not be suitable
• Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred
Location Preference
Mumbai-based candidates preferred (Navi Mumbai / Santacruz)
