JSA is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate – General Corporate at its Mumbai office.
This role is suited for lawyers with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate practice, capable of independently managing mandates and client relationships.
Experience & Qualifications
• 4–6 years PQE in General Corporate
• CS + LL.B. qualification preferred
• Prior experience with Tier-1 or Tier-2 law firms
• Exposure to employment law will be an added advantage
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong drafting and transactional documentation skills
• Proven negotiation capability
• Analytical approach to risk identification and structuring
• Effective client management and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to handle multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment
