Role & Scope of Work
• Drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
• Appearances before the Bombay High Court
• Proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
• Handling and assisting in Arbitration matters
• Legal research and case preparation
Eligibility Criteria
• Prior experience in drafting and court appearances (mandatory)
• Exposure to Bombay High Court, NCLT, and Arbitration
• Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and adhere to court timelines
