An opportunity is open to engage a Transactional Attorney with relevant experience in TMT (Media & Entertainment) law on a secondment basis.
This role is suited for professionals who can independently manage drafting and negotiations in fast-moving content and brand-driven environments.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 4–5 years
Key Expertise
• Drafting commercial agreements, including brand endorsement contracts
• Production-related agreements
• OTT content and platform agreements
• Independently leading negotiation calls
• Driving deal closures with commercial and legal clarity
Compensation: ₹65,000 – ₹80,000 per month
