T&S LAW is inviting applications for an Assessment Internship that may lead to absorption within the firm, subject to performance.
This opportunity is suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, disciplined, and willing to work in a rigorous, office-based environment focused on Companies Act compliance and capital market transactions.
Eligibility
• 5th-year law students and graduated law students only
(4th year and below should not apply under this category)
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Demonstrated interest in Capital Markets
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Ability to quickly grasp concepts and implement them practically
Key Responsibilities
• Conducting CIBIL and promoter watchout checks
• Legal research and structured drafting
• Assisting with IPR due diligence and investment-related chapters
• Handling legalities concerning appointment of directors and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013

Noida (Work From Office – On-Site)
Preference may be given to candidates who have previously interned with firms dealing in capital markets and SEBI regulations.
