This role offers exposure to litigation and corporate matters, with structured mentorship and a rigorous professional environment.
Role Description | Litigation & Corporate
The candidate should demonstrate:
• Strong academic record and exposure before judicial and quasi-judicial forums
• Nuanced understanding of civil and commercial jurisprudence in India
• Familiarity with High Court, NCLT, District Court and related procedures
• Experience managing matters end-to-end, including registry coordination
• Superior drafting skills for pleadings, applications, opinions, and research memoranda
• Ability to perform under strict timelines with attention to detail
• Willingness to undertake research-oriented and institutional responsibilities
Eligibility
• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognised law school
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong grounding in CPC, Arbitration Act, Contract Act, Specific Relief Act, Limitation Act, Insolvency Code, and Evidence Act
• Solution-oriented approach with minimal supervision
• Professional client engagement skills
• Demonstrated commitment to technical excellence
Compensation will be commensurate with merit and finalised during the interview process.
