This is not a routine internship. It is structured exposure to professional standards where language, logic, and legal architecture matter.
The practice is engaged in cross-border mandates, regulatory advisory, structured transactions, and high-value disputes across domestic courts, tribunals, and international corridors.
The internship is offered under the mentorship of Jay Devkar, Attorney & Advocate, Bombay High Court & Supreme Court of India.
We are looking for interns who:
• Possess strong independent drafting skills
• Demonstrate structural and analytical thinking
• Do not rely on AI or automated tools for legal reasoning
• Value precision, language discipline, and original analysis
• Maintain discretion, maturity, and professional discipline
If your drafting reflects clarity, depth, and original thought, your work will be evaluated on merit.
