This is a litigation-focused role requiring hands-on court exposure and strong drafting capability.
Work Profile
• Civil, Commercial and Contractual Litigation
• Property, Partition and Family Disputes
• Appearances before NCLT and NCLAT
• Arbitration matters
The role involves drafting pleadings, research, case strategy support, and regular court appearances. Candidates must be comfortable handling files independently and assisting in complex dispute matters.
Eligibility
• 1–2 Years PQE
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Prior court appearance experience is essential
