Oberoi & Partners is inviting applications for a Corporate Law Intern to join its Transactions and IPR team across New Delhi and Gurgaon (hybrid role).
This position is suited for students who want meaningful exposure to live deals and structured corporate advisory work, not observational assignments.
Work Exposure
• Private Equity / Venture Capital and M&A transactions
• Shareholder agreements and investment documentation
• Corporate structuring advisory
• Trademark strategy and Intellectual Property advisory
Interns will assist on active mandates, research-driven structuring work, and drafting assignments connected to ongoing transactions.
Eligibility
• Law students in 4th or 5th year
• Coursework in Company Law completed
• Strong research and drafting capability
• Interest in corporate transactions and IPR
