We are looking for an IP Attorney who can independently own global filings end to end — with clarity, composure, and precision.
This is a role for someone who thinks like counsel, not just a drafter.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐎𝐰𝐧
• Drafting and filing of patents and trademarks, including prosecution and responses
• Managing cross-border filings through international agents and counsel networks
• Advising on IP strategy, portfolio development, brand protection, and risk assessment
• Supporting founder-level decisions with clear, commercially sound legal guidance
• Maintaining rigorous documentation and seamless stakeholder communication
This is not a task-based role. It requires strategic thinking and steady execution.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in patent and trademark filings and prosecution
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional filings and coordination with foreign counsel
• Ability to work under pressure without compromising clarity or quality
• Strong emotional intelligence and mature client management
• Ownership mindset, accountability, and minimal need for supervision
