At a time marked by accelerating climate change, biodiversity loss, technological disruption, and geopolitical fragmentation, the journal Transnational Environmental Law (TEL) is convening an Early Career Scholars’ Workshop to critically examine the evolving contours of transnational environmental law.
The workshop seeks to explore where the field is heading — conceptually, normatively, and institutionally — and how it should respond to emerging global challenges.
Who Should Apply:
Early career scholars working in environmental law, climate law, global governance, or adjacent interdisciplinary areas.
Submission Details:
• Unpublished draft papers only
• Papers should engage with future trajectories, theoretical foundations, or practical implications of transnational environmental law
• Selected papers will be considered for publication in Transnational Environmental Law
