This is an enforcement-oriented practice with exposure to court and tribunal proceedings, financial sector regulation, and structured corporate compliance mandates.
1) Associate – Litigation & Corporate Regulatory
Eligible Batches: 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026
• 3 Positions – Litigation
• 2 Positions – Corporate Regulatory
Retainer: ₹8.40 LPA + Performance Bonus
2) Senior Associate – Corporate Regulatory
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Compensation Band: ₹21.60 – 26.40 LPA + Performance Bonus
Practice Exposure
• Court and tribunal proceedings
• Financial sector regulation, including SEBI and RBI matters
• Corporate compliance strategy
• Enforcement-response mandates
