T&R Law Offices is inviting applications for a Paid Legal Internship commencing 18 February 2025, as part of the expansion of its Corporate and Commercial practice.
This is a structured, three-month engagement designed for students who want meaningful transactional exposure rather than peripheral assistance.
Position Details
• Mandatory duration: 3 months
• Compensation: Paid
• Location: Delhi
• Mode: Hybrid preferred; remote engagement may be considered for suitable candidates
The firm is looking for candidates who can commit to the full tenure with consistency and professional discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
• Law students with demonstrable commitment to completing the internship period
• Prior internship experience in corporate practice preferred
• Substantive interest in General Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions matters
Role and Responsibilities
Interns will be involved in live matters and ongoing transactions, including:
• Research and drafting support in Mergers & Acquisitions
• AIF formation and structuring assignments
• Legal due diligence exercises
• General corporate advisory mandates
• Drafting and review of commercial contracts, including Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, and related instruments
• Intellectual Property filings
• Allied corporate and regulatory matters
The expectation is intellectual engagement, accuracy in drafting, and proactive contribution to transactional work.
Selection Criteria
The firm places strong emphasis on research capability.
Candidates with prior publications or demonstrated writing experience in relevant legal domains will be viewed favourably.
