Vaish Associates Advocates is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its General Corporate Team at the New Delhi office.

Experience Required
• Around 2 years of post-qualification experience
• Prior exposure to capital markets, transaction advisory, and general corporate law
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach while working with senior team members
This role requires ownership, precision, and the ability to engage with complex regulatory and transactional frameworks.
Educational Qualifications
• LL.B. from a reputed institution
• Qualified Company Secretary with ICSI membership is mandatory
Candidates with dual qualification and hands-on regulatory exposure will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Handling capital markets assignments, including legal due diligence
• Participation in DRHP and RHP drafting sessions
• Advising on and ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations including LODR, ICDR, delisting and related frameworks
• Drafting and reviewing transaction documents and ancillary agreements
• Preparing legal opinions and advisory notes under the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, FCRA, and applicable SEBI regulations
• Drafting, vetting, and advising on a range of commercial and corporate agreements
• Advising clients on ongoing corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters, including interaction with regulatory authorities where required
