Alpha Legal Consultants (ALC) is looking to onboard a seasoned Arbitration Lawyer with minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience for its New Delhi office.
This role is suited for professionals who have independently handled high-value, technically complex arbitration matters, particularly in the construction and infrastructure space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling complex domestic and international construction arbitrations
• Drafting pleadings, statements of claim/defence, witness statements, and written submissions
• Advising clients on construction contracts, dispute strategy, and claims management
• Representing clients in arbitral proceedings and related court litigation
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for strategic case management
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years’ PQE with strong exposure to construction arbitration
• Experience with major arbitral institutions such as ICC, SIAC, LCIA, DIAC or similar preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy capabilities
• Ability to independently manage complex matters involving multiple stakeholders
