Position: Legal Associate
Practice Area: IPR – Trademark Prosecution
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Delhi NCR (Vaishali)
Minimum Requirements:
• LL.B. / LL.M.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Trademark Prosecution
• Strong drafting skills and working knowledge of trademark procedures
• Ability to independently handle prosecution matters, objections, oppositions, and hearings
• Professional communication and client-handling capability
This role is suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, committed to intellectual property practice, and comfortable managing prosecution portfolios with responsibility.
