The National Law Institute University, Bhopal, through its Research, Review and Readers Cell, NLIU Bhopal, invites original and unpublished chapter submissions for an upcoming edited volume titled:
“Arbitration in India: Journey and Trends”
This edited book seeks to critically examine the evolution of arbitration in India, its present framework, and emerging global trends. The volume aims to combine scholarly insight with practical perspectives on arbitration as a dynamic dispute resolution mechanism.
📚 Indicative Sub-Themes
• Current state of arbitration and global trends
• Institutional arbitration and ethical considerations
• Technology, artificial intelligence, and online arbitration
• Investor–State arbitration and enforcement of arbitral awards
• Sector-specific arbitration (construction, IP, sports, etc.)
• Diversity, inclusion, and the future of arbitration
📝 Submission Guidelines
• Word Limit: 3,000–6,000 words (inclusive of footnotes)
• Abstract: Maximum 250 words with up to five keywords
• Co-authorship: Permitted (maximum two authors)
• Citation Style: OSCOLA (4th Edition)
• Format: MS Word (.doc/.docx), Times New Roman, Font Size 12, 1.5 line spacing
• Submissions must be original and unpublished
All chapters will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
There is no publication or processing fee.
The book will be published by a reputed publishing house.
